How do I return or exchange an item?

Please check out our Return Policy first. If you are a non-label country, please contact our Customer Service about the return.

  1. Please submit an online form, selecting your item code, and issue details for the return.
  2. Once getting the return address and instructions, please pack your items carefully and send your return package using a traceable carrier.
  3. Send your return tracking number or a picture of the return receipt to our customer service team.
  4. We will process the return or exchange as soon as we receive your package.

What should I do if I received a defective/wrong/stained item?

  • If you have received a defective/wrong/stained item, please email us through our online form to reach our Service Department before returning anything so we can process the return for you and provide you information for the return.
  • When submitting the ticket, please provide a description of the item, item code, and a few pictures to prove your problems.

How do I exchange it for a different size if my item is not fit?

  • We are sorry that your item doesn’t fit the way you wanted. You can definitely exchange it for a different size within 14 days of your item arriving. Please email us through our online form to reach our Support Department within 14 days to initiate the process.
  • After sending out the items back to our warehouse, please provide return proof to us. Then we will prepare the new order within 24 hours.

Who is responsible for return postage?

We hope you can understand that the return postage will be at your expense as stated in our return policy. The return shipping fee is paid to the delivery company to arrange the shipment for you. We do not earn anything from that. Thank you for your understanding.

How long does it take for my refund or exchange?

  • We will initiate the next process for you within 24 hours after receiving the returned package. Once your return/exchange has been processed we will email you a confirmation. We will process the next step for you in advance if you can provide us with the tracking number or return receipt for checking.
  • If you paid for the order with your PayPal account directly, the refund will be back into the account which you used to pay immediately once processed, while it will take about 30 days to receive the refund if you paid with a credit card through PayPal, depending on the bank processing time.
  • If you paid the order in another payment way, the refund will be back into the account which you used to pay for the order within 7-15 working days, depending on the bank processing time.

What should I do if my refund is incorrect?

We’re really sorry if we’ve made a mistake with your refund! Please contact our Customer Service and we’ll try and sort it out for you as soon as possible.

The following may affect the amount you have been refunded:

  1. The delivery charge, which is only refunded for canceled orders before shipment.
  2. Any discounts/points that were applied when you check out, which may not now be applicable.

Note: Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable. We will refund the actual price paid for your order.
